Gluten Free Bread Preparation

Straight from the bag - If the bread feels soft you are lucky it is really fresh so make yourself a lovely sandwich.

If the bread  is firm and dry (as most Gluten Free bread is) don't despair a very light toast (before the edges start to crisp) will return the bread  to a fresh sandwich munching state. Heating reverses the effect of staling and if you get the toaster setting just right you can have a very acceptable sandwich. Don't keep for too long though as this reversal is only temporary.

Further toasting will make a nice golden brown slice of toast for topping with your favorite spread.

Frozen Bread - A slice of Gluten Free bread straight out of the freezer can be popped in the toaster and toasted very lightly. This slightly warmed bread makes a great sandwich to be eaten soon after.
