
Gluten Free toasted sandwiches are the BEST!!!
Be careful to ensure that you have a toasted sandwich maker (or toaster) dedicated to Gluten Free bread, cross contamination with crumbs from other bread is too easy.
Try making them in the morning and eating them for lunch, make sure to use fillings that are not too juicy as it will make the bread soggy, a favorite of ours is cheese and tomato relish.
For a dairy free option try egg, relish and chives or avocado, spinach and mushroom.
