Gluten Free Pizza Base Preparation

Add your favourite toppings directly on to the smooth side of the frozen base. If it is left to thaw don’t worry if the base warps slightly don’t try and flatten it as it will be a little brittle. Top it like that and when it is in the oven it will flatten.

To achieve a lovely crisp base they are best cooked on a Pizza Stone, but no problem if you don’t have one as a hot oven tray will do. Make sure the oven and the tray are preheated.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 230 degrees Celsius.
