Description: Sliced Gluten Free loaf made from a white rice sourdough base with wholegrains brown rice, buckwheat, Quinoa, Amaranth and Chia seeds.

Handling & storage: Product is gas flushed and therefore has extended shelf life but for best results use when fresh or freeze and toast.

Ingredient list: Water, Gluten Free Flour (White Rice, Brown Rice)Wholegrains 8% ( Buckwheat, Quinoa Seed, Amaranth, Chia), Rice Syrup,Palm oil, Sea Salt,
