We dusted ourselves off and decided to show them we mean business. We made some banners and canvassed outside their head office, offering people a taste of our bread toasted and topped with some
We started to realise how much people loved our products so we headed for the supermarkets...well, that was a little trickier than we thought.
We thought it would be good for food chains to be able to offer a really good gluten free option for their customers, so we were back to door knocking...it paid off!
We wanted to make the breads taste really good and stand up against traditional bread, so we worked really hard to get the best ingredients for our breads.
We thought, if we do everything really well, everyone will love our bread and it will sell really well...it worked!
X went door knocking to local health shops and organic stores to see if they wanted to stock our bread! Awesome! They said yes!
What’s in a name? Well, we needed one and we like the way that Italians bake, we follow traditional baking methods. After much brainstorming with the family, we settled on Venerdi, Italian for Friday!

Turns out people love our spelt biscotti, so we start making other reads! They are just what people with intolerances have been looking for!
