We thought it would be good for food chains to be able to offer a really good gluten free option for their customers, so we were back to door knocking...it paid off!
We wanted to make the breads taste really good and stand up against traditional bread, so we worked really hard to get the best ingredients for our breads.
We thought, if we do everything really well, everyone will love our bread and it will sell really well...it worked!
