Following a plant-based lifestyle doesn’t mean you have to say goodbye to all your meal time favourites! Friday night pizzas are still on the menu thanks to our Gluten Freedom Fancier Sourdough Pizza Bases. The good thing about pizzas is that they are simple and easily adaptable – just top with all of your favourites. Check out our recipe below for one of our favourite vege packed plant-based pizzas using our Fancier Sourdough Pizza Bases.

 

Ingredients:
Eggplant
Courgette
Tomato Paste (check the ingredients list for any hidden nasties)
Butternut Pumpkin
Mushroom
Tomato
Rosemary
Zenzo Dairy Free Cheddar Cheese
Gluten Freedom Fancier Sourdough Pizza Bases

Method:
1. Start by pre heating your oven to 240C and prepping all of your vegetables.
2. Place your sliced pumpkin onto a tray and drizzle with olive oil – bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Grill the sliced eggplant.
3. Spread your pizza bases with the tomato paste and layer on your vegetables followed by a sprinkling of Zenzo Cheese and rosemary.
4. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
