When it comes to entertaining we can often struggle to find gluten, grain and dairy free solutions. Using our Larder Project Bread Mixes you can create the most delicious crostini that will complete any platter perfectly.

1. Bake your loaf per the box instructions and preheat oven to 160 degrees fanbake
2. Cut loaf into slices no more than 5mm in thickness (optional- cut in half, as per image)
3. Lay slices on an oven tray – you can bake mutiple trays at once
4. Bake for 40 minutes, cool and store in an airtight container
Top Tip – refrigerate your loaf for a couple of hours before slicing – this will help you to achieve really thin and even slices
