The Larder Project Bread mixes are incredible versatile and can be used to create a number of gluten, grain and dairy free delicacies. Here, we show you how to simple create paleo buns with any of our four bread mixes.  

Prep your Larder Project Mix per the box instructions and leave it to sit at room temperature for at least one hour. This allows the moisture in the mix to be soaked up and you will then be left with a mix that is dry enough to form into buns – you can make them as small or big as you like! We like to form them into 5-6 buns.

Place the buns on a lined baking try and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
